Wild & Wonderful Cherry Grove
The founding philosophy of Cherry Grove is to be place to “Be Yourself.” The LGBTQ community comes here to enjoy the beach and the infamous nightlife. The Grove is a wet T-Shirt contest kind of town. Every 4th of July, the Drag Queens “Invade the Pines” by boat and much merriment ensues. They also host the Miss Fire Island Contest at summer’s end. Come to the Grove and be your happiest self.
