The distinctive red tiled roof and watch tower of the magnificent landmark clubhouse building will alert visitors that they are in this tiny community.
The clubhouse was originally the Coast Guard station at Blue Point before being moved here in the 1920’s. It is now used as the community clubhouse.
Like Point O’Woods, the club owns the land and leases it to homeowners for 99 years. They are committed to keeping the community safe from overdevelopment.
Club members can use the tennis courts and clubhouse.
Ferries, shopping and services are in nearby Ocean Beach.
